Victoria, a Boston-based yoga instructor, founded Yoga for Golf (YFG) to merge her passion for yoga with her love for the game of golf.

The inception of Yoga for Golf stemmed from Victoria’s family's deep-rooted love for golf. Playing with her parents in their mid-60s and grandparents in their 80s inspired Victoria to create a yoga program to help golfers maintain their mobility as they age.

The YFG program emphasizes improving performance, fostering longevity in the sport, and alleviating the typical stresses and strains associated with golfing.
