“I created Yoga for Golf to merge my passion for movement with my lifelong love of the game. Growing up in a golf-loving family, I’ve had the joy of playing with my parents in their 60s and grandparents well into their 80s. Seeing their commitment to the game inspired me to design a yoga program that supports longevity, mobility, and performance at every age.
My mission is to help golfers move better, feel better, and stay in the game longer—whether you're working to improve your swing, manage pain, or simply enjoy more rounds with ease.”

Golf has always been a part of my life. My dad, a former collegiate golfer at the University of South Florida and a brief pro, passed down both his technical knowledge and deep love for the game. Thanks to him, I grew up learning proper form and appreciating the mental side of golf.
While I mostly play casually with friends and family, I’m highly competitive and currently working to lower my handicap with hopes of entering amateur competitions in the future.
